I am Blanca Escartí, a psychologist specialized in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Throughout my career, I have been committed to helping couples reconnect and overcome emotional issues they may be experiencing. My goal is for each couple I accompany to feel stronger, safer and more connected at the end of our work together.
Depending on your availability and preference, sessions can be 60 or 90 minutes long.
In addition to Spanish, I can also conduct the sessions in English.
The duration of the process varies depending on the needs of each couple, although many experience improvements within 10 to 15 sessions.
I offer both options, either in person at my office or via video calls for added convenience.
